How a Sales Forecast Can Help You Grow Your Business, Avoid Messes, and Sleep Better at Night

10 - 11 a.m.
You probably already use a sales forecast to help with your annual marketing (you do, don’t you?). Don’t stop there, though: Sales forecasts can also help you to identify needed tools, supplies, and technologies so you meet anticipated production increases, or show whether you need to team up with new subcontractors. They can even give you early warning about the type of staff you may need to hire, as well as the training they’ll require. Learn how to put together an accurate forecast that can serve as a road map for the coming year and help you to avoid the messes of missed deadlines, flawed merchandise, and sleepless nights.
Presenter: Andrea Hill, Owner, StrategyWerx, with Some Surpise Guests

Selling to Consumers Online: Yes, It Is That Easy. And That Hard.

2:30 - 3:30 p.m.
It’s never been easier, it seems, to connect directly with consumers: Establish an ecommerce site, develop a social media presence, maybe add in a blog for spice and a sprinkle of Google Adwords, and wait for the sales to begin. But, as anyone who’s ever tried it will attest, getting the attention of consumers (especially those prized millennials) is harder than it appears—much harder. This session will take a comprehensive look at the tools and practices necessary to cut through the clutter, capture a prospective customer’s attention, and complete a sale.
Presenter: Andrea Hill, Owner, StrategyWerx.
