Trade Shows: MJSA sponsors several trade shows and pavilions each year. They include our flagship show, MJSA Expo New York, which offers the latest equipment, tools, and technology for jewelry manufacturing, as well as a premier selection of finished jewelry. MJSA also presents the MJSA Trade Show for Jewelry Making, a regional trade show designed for independent jewelry makers, bench jewelers, designers, and manufacturers. Members who exhibit at any MJSA trade show or pavilion receive discounted booth prices.

Buyers’ Guide and Referrals: Through our online and print Buyers' Guide, as well as numerous requests to our offices, MJSA annually provides more than 1.5 million referrals of its member companies to potential customers seeking the best finished products, equipment and supplies, and services.

Members also receive a copy of the print Buyers' Guide at no cost. The Guide, published annually, is an ideal source for finished products, tools and equipment, gemstones, findings, packaging and display items, and contract services.

Education and Information
MJSA Journal : This award-winning monthly magazine offers features and articles on the latest manufacturing processes, bench tips, and time-saving technologies, as well as business and marketing strategies. MJSA Journal and its special editions are free to all members as part of their annual dues.

Shop@MJSA: MJSA brings top jewelry manufacturing titles to you at great member discounts. These include back issues of MJSA Journal and its precursor, AJM, as well as article reprints, the books of MJSA Press, and books and videos from some of the top trade publishers.

MJSA Jewelry Academy: The MJSA Jewelry Academy ensures jewelry manufacturers have the skills they need to compete effectively. It provides both general and customized training in everything from basic bench techniques to computer-aided design and manufacturing. The Academy also offers buyer training for retail employees who want to be able to communicate with their suppliers more effectively.

Newsletters and alerts:The monthly MJSA e-newsletter keeps our members informed of the latest association initiatives, and MJSA's government affairs alerts keep members up to date on pending legislation.

Government Affairs
MJSA consistently monitors federal and state legislation to ensure its members are represented in government. MJSA also works closely with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) on issues affecting all U.S. manufacturers, and is a member of NAM's Council of Manufacturing Associations. MJSA retains legislative consultants in Washington, DC, and Providence, Rhode Island: John Satagaj monitors federal issues, and Terrance Martiesian monitors Rhode Island legislation.

MJSA members are given the chance to connect with other members of the industry throughout the year. Such occasions include regional meetings and educational programs, MJSA Expo New York, the MJSA Annual Meeting, and the MJSA Education Foundation Golf Tournament.
