How a Sales Forecast Can Help You Grow Your Business, Avoid Messes, and Sleep Better at Night

You probably already use a sales forecast to help with your annual marketing (you do, don’t you?). Don’t stop there, though: Sales forecasts can also help you to identify needed tools, supplies, and technologies so you meet anticipated production increases, or show whether you need to team up with new subcontractors. They can even give you early warning about the type of staff you may need to hire, as well as the training they’ll require. Learn how to put together an accurate forecast that can serve as a road map for the coming year and help you to avoid the messes of missed deadlines, flawed merchandise, and sleepless nights.

This session is for anyone who currently has a business plan and wants to make sure it’s in peak condition. Learn how to identify the strengths and weaknesses in a business plan, how to adapt your plan for today’s dynamic marketplace, and shore up ay weaknesses to ensure success.

It will cover all the basics: establishing goals, identifying your products and place in the marketplace, and creating a framework that will help you to reach your goals.

Selling to Consumers Online: Yes, It Is That Easy. And That Hard.

It’s never been easier, it seems, to connect directly with consumers: Establish an ecommerce site, develop a social media presence, maybe add in a blog for spice and a sprinkle of Google Adwords, and wait for the sales to begin. But, as anyone who’s ever tried it will attest, getting the attention of consumers (especially those prized millennials) is harder than it appears—much harder.
