Featuring an ergonomic design with high contrast color saturation, the Leica Investa 3 is a stereo zoom digital imaging microscope that combines Leica optics and a deluxe gemological swivel base from Kassoy. Offering 88X magnification, the microscope comes with fold-down and tapered eye guards, a dust cover, and a flush-mounted stone holder. The microscope’s tilting base has full 360-degree rotation and comes with three light sources: a tungsten-halogen darkfield illuminator with sliding baffle and iris diaphragm, a 9W 5500K overhead fluorescent lamp, and an 18 inch built-in variable LED illuminator with ports on both sides of the darkfield for accuracy.
