You did it. It took years of blood, sweat, and tears but the business you spent so long building is finally a success and turning a comfortable profit. It’s normal to feel like you can finally ease your foot up a little on the gas pedal. After all, your business is turning out a great product, you have a solid and loyal customer base, and your employees are happy. But while there’s no need for you to continue putting in 18-hour days, seven days a week, it doesn’t mean it’s time to rest on your laurels. In order for your company to continue to succeed, you always have to try to stay one step ahead. And for you, that may very well mean considering expanding your thriving business.
