Sunstone Welders – Orion 200x Pulse-Arc Welder

Built for precision micro-welding, the Orion 200x pulse-arc welder delivers up to 200 joules of energy in 0.1 joule increments. Designed to fit easily onto a workbench, it features an 8 inch touchscreen interface and an integrated system that includes optics, a stylus, and an articulating arm. Users can select from multiple energy waveform options (Classic, Triangle, Square) and apply agitation modes to shape and control the weld stream. Suitable for a range of metals and applications, the Orion 200x has weld speeds of up to four welds per second. It also offers tactile energy adjustment buttons near the stylus, allowing users to adjust energy levels without taking their eyes off the workpiece.
